Shipping
Complimentary insured shipping is included on every order, domestic and international. Each shipment is fully insured and requires a signature on delivery.
Domestic (US): 3–5 business days via insured express. Overnight and 2-day options available at checkout.
International: 7–14 business days. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Processing: Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation and tracking number once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer 30-day returns on unworn items in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact client care or use the returns portal in your account.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt. Complimentary return shipping is provided for domestic orders.
Final-sale items, engraved pieces, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Lost Orders
In the rare event your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact client care within 7 days. We will resolve the matter promptly at no cost to you.
